    Small homey facility caring staff

I chose this small, homey facility and overall I'm glad I did. The place is spotless and smells fresh, rooms are private and tidy, meals are homemade from fresh ingredients, and residents enjoy activities and two snacks daily. The staff are loving, caring, and quick to learn residents' needs, with on-site geriatric care, beautician and podiatrist-my loved one is comfortable and well cared for. That said, there's been staff turnover and occasional understaffing (nights/weekends), some communication and documentation lag, and affordability/rent increases can be an issue. I'd recommend touring at different times to judge consistency.
