    Great therapy but cleanliness concerns

I found the facility beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming with an exceptional rehab/therapy team - skilled, compassionate therapists, good medical care, friendly nursing who often went above and beyond, and decent food and value. It's a skilled nursing/rehab facility (assisted living on the 2nd floor) that only accepts residents who need single-person assistance and is frequently near capacity. That said, I witnessed serious cleanliness and staffing lapses - a broken toilet/wax-ring leak, feces/urine and a sticky, smelly floor, overflowing diaper trash, high staff turnover and COVID-related gaps - and some shifts felt uncaring. Overall I saw real progress from therapy and heartfelt staff, but I would recommend with caution and verify current staffing and cleanliness before committing.

About Ignite Medical Resort Fort Worth

Ignite Medical Resort Fort Worth, LLC offers a wide range of care for seniors, so you'll find home care, skilled nursing, short-term rehab, assisted living, independent living, memory care, hospice, and even adult day services all under one umbrella, and they do a lot for folks who need recovery after a hospital stay or long-term help with everyday living. The place provides many levels of support, from trained aides helping with cooking, cleaning, companionship, and non-medical needs, to specialized therapy and nursing care for people who are very frail or need ongoing clinical attention, and they have therapies made for people with Alzheimer's, dementia, or confusion, including ways to prevent wandering and help them stay settled. There are private suites and well-kept rooms with memory foam beds, high-thread-count linens, and high-speed Wi-Fi, and for meals, there's a Fireside Grill with chef-driven dishes and a Luxe Café serving Starbucks coffee, snacks, salads, and sandwiches, plus meal plans designed to be healthy and nutritious, even accommodating special requests and diets when needed.

Rehabilitation services use advanced equipment and electronic medical records, plus therapists build one-of-a-kind recovery plans that could cover orthopedic rehab, cardiac care, wound care, stroke recovery, infection management, renal disease, and more, so there's a lot of focus on getting people moving and back into the swing of things. They combine clinical rehab programs with luxury features like an on-site spa, private chefs, personal concierge services, and even a hospitality tablet so residents can request meals, spa treatments, or housekeeping right from their room. Staff are there seven days a week and the care ratio is set up to make sure everyone gets quick help when they need it, whether that's with bathing, getting dressed, going to appointments, remembering medications, or joining social activities and outings. Telehealth technology allows for quick medical attention, and therapists not only work inside the resort but help with in-home safety and community re-integration too.

There's a memory care area for folks who need it, and independent living and assisted living options for those who are more active but want to drop the hassle of home upkeep, yard work, or driving, so residents can spend their time socializing, joining wellness programs, or enjoying the outdoor courtyard and fire pit with family and friends. The environment is clean, warm, and welcoming, and the place joins the Social Care Network to help residents and families find extra support when needed, with staff keeping an eye on health and comfort, plus options like special meal delivery, daily newspapers, and other little touches that make life easier. Advanced medical tech and programs like those used by Olympic athletes make rehabilitation effective and comfortable, and help to support faster and safer recovery in a place that's both modern and a bit like a resort.
