The Bradford House is a senior living community that offers different care options like assisted living, independent living, nursing care, home care, memory care for Alzheimer's, and respite care for short stays, and you'll find the staff here speak both English and Spanish, which makes things easier for many folks around here. The place has rooms set up for either just one person or to share, and there's a choice between furnished or unfurnished, so people can bring their own things if they want, and each room has its own climate controls and satellite TV with more than 95 channels. There are gardens and walking paths outside, and inside you'll find common areas for socializing and activities, plus free WiFi all through the property, including the community spaces. They have meals cooked by a chef, and there's a dining area where residents can eat together, or have a guest join them for a meal if they like, and the facility provides meals suited to special diets or health conditions, thanks to their nutrition programs. Residents get personal care plans suited to their needs, including medication reminders, help with moving around, and support with everyday things, and the nurse on staff, though only part-time, helps out with health concerns like diabetes or incontinence care. There's regular housekeeping and laundry, help with linen service, and scheduled rides for shopping, outings, or doctor appointments. Residents and their families can talk to senior living counselors for information and support, and there are resources on programs and care options, including help with veteran's affairs. The community stays open every day, around the clock, so someone is always there to help, and folks can join activities like arts and crafts, music, games, gardening, and even devotionals, either on site or at events out in the community. The facility allows pets, though it does cost a $250 deposit and a $25 monthly fee for that, and there's a parking lot for residents or visitors. There's an on-site salon for haircuts and grooming, and communal spaces are set up for people to gather and form friendships or take part in social and wellness programs. The Bradford House wants folks to feel independent but still get the support they need, focusing on comfort, safety, and ways for adults to stay active as long as possible, and it's licensed under Facility ID 100559, License No. 149703, for those who want those details.

Caring staff, but many issues
I liked the warm, down-to-earth staff - nurses and caregivers were kind, attentive, and made the place feel homey; the common areas were clean and the food was very good, and rooms were adequate. However, I found persistent problems: bad odors, roof leaks, stray cats and smoking near entrances, spotty cleanliness and staff availability, poor medication and transport management, and no daytime activities. Management/ownership seemed unresponsive to complaints even though the on-floor staff do their best.
