    Roaches, smoke, hot water problems

I live here and I'm worried. I've found roaches in my unit, weekend hot water drops to almost nothing because of boiler settings (the person running it appears unlicensed), and management dismisses repeated complaints about heavy cigarette smoke in my apartment—I've had headaches and my 7‑month‑old was exposed. Neighbors and the office say they don't smell anything, but I'm not comfortable with how residents are being treated or protected.
