    Unprofessional unsafe care and theft

I had a terrible experience at an otherwise nice-looking facility. Staff were unprofessional (especially CNAs - no nametags, rude, yelled, ignored calls), leadership was biased and bullying with high turnover, and my mother's care was unsafe (delays, injuries), belongings were stolen (a Hawaii souvenir), and our wishes and follow-up after hospital stay were ignored - attempts to install cameras were blocked and we received no condolences when she died. Some staff, housekeeping, activities and doctors were caring and the building is clean, but overall I cannot recommend this place.
