    Warm, clean care with caveats

I placed my loved one here and have been impressed: beautiful, immaculately clean facility with responsive administration, caring staff (Dr. Jasmine and team), furnished rooms and excellent amenities - dining, activities, exercise room, long walking path and a peaceful patio. Care is personalized and staff often go above and beyond, but I've noticed short-staffing/overworked aides, occasional unprofessional behavior and shift-change communication lapses, and families should clarify the nonrefundable enrollment fee and any post-death charges. Overall I recommend it for warm, home-like, top-notch care with those caveats.

About Precisive Care I and II

Precisive Care I and II are two brand new, single-story assisted living communities in Pearland, Texas, at 2919 Manvel Road, each with room for 16 residents, and they have a calm, homelike feeling with wide, well-lit halls and big living spaces, so there's plenty of room to sit together or get some peace and quiet, and the large windows let in natural light, which helps keep things pleasant. The areas feel like home, not like an institution, and there's plenty of space to walk, including a private, enclosed backyard with shady trees, walking paths, and benches for resting outside, so people can enjoy fresh air in a safe environment. Every bedroom is furnished with a hospital bed, TV, chairs, and a small dresser or wardrobe, and residents can pick a private or semi-private room, and all the rooms come with cable TV, internet, and lots of storage for personal things, so it feels personal and comfortable.

Staff at Precisive Care I and II work around the clock, and there's always someone to help with eating, bathing, dressing, transferring, and medication, and families say the team is warm and listens to residents' needs, with a staff-to-resident ratio that makes sure no one is rushed and people get patient, friendly care. There's a registered nurse who checks health regularly, and the place is always very clean, which families notice right away, and things smell fresh, not like some places that can get stuffy. The caregivers go out of their way to celebrate birthdays and holidays, so residents get attention and don't feel left out, and the staff invite families to come and visit or join in when possible. People say the community feels safe, professional, and welcoming, where residents get treated kindly, and the atmosphere is peaceful and respectful, so it's not overwhelming or noisy.

They offer three home-cooked meals a day plus snacks, and there's a large dining area, as well as a multipurpose room for things like movies, parties, and church services, and they hold meditation and worship programs for those who want them. There's an activities director who plans events, games, and fellowship opportunities, so folks can stay social and entertained, and there's always something going on, from arts and crafts to group walks. For families trying to pick the right place, the staff provide a lot of information and support to help with those hard decisions, and the website explains services clearly, without hiding prices but without publishing them either.

Residents who need memory care or can no longer live alone also receive help, and the staff know how to be gentle and patient with people who have dementia or physical disabilities, with activities for different abilities to keep everyone involved. There's 24-hour video surveillance, security systems, and all the safety features you'd expect in a new building, plus transportation for outings and appointments, regular laundry and cleaning, and health checks by the RN consultant. Families who've left reviews on SeniorAdvisor.com have given high scores for cleanliness, staff friendliness, and the cozy, family feeling-most scores are above 8 out of 10, with some perfect 5-star ratings, but there are only a handful of reviews so far since these communities are still pretty new.

Both Precisive Care I and II are designed for people who want to keep as much independence as possible but need safe, affordable help with day-to-day needs, whether it's getting dressed, managing medicine, or just having someone check in. Residents find a tranquil, non-intimidating, and intimate setting, with staff who care about their well-being and who take the time to be meticulous and accurate in the help they provide. The whole place is built to make life comfortable and as easy as it can be for elders, with a simple, elegant style, quiet surroundings, and an emphasis on being a real home, not a noisy or stressful place. Proper supervision, clear routines, quality food, help with daily activities, and access to health care come together to make Precisive Care I and II suitable for seniors who want to continue living with dignity and care.
