Caring staff outdated facility recommended
I'm relieved I chose this place - the nurses, aides, therapists and admissions team were caring, skilled and kept me informed; therapy and wound care were excellent. The facility is older and a bit motel-like (some odors reported), and meals were hit-or-miss (sometimes bland or cold). Staff often seemed short-staffed with slow response times and occasional communication gaps, but they tried hard and residents were well treated. Overall solid, family-like care in an outdated building - I'd recommend it (4/5).
