There were plenty of activities, with a movie theater, fitness room, arts-and-crafts spaces, a game room, gardens, outdoor programs, walking paths, and daily events to keep everyone feeling part of a community. Dining was restaurant-style with all-day service made by a chef, and special diets like diabetes or allergies were managed carefully. Services like transportation, parking, housekeeping, laundry, move-in help, and family support made it easier for residents and their families, and safety came from a 24-hour call system and extra supervision for folks who couldn't move around on their own. Room prices were lower than most in the area, with semi-private rooms at $2,545, studios at $2,845, one-bedrooms at $3,095, and two-bedrooms at $4,445 per month.
