There were plenty of activities, with a movie theater, fitness room, arts-and-crafts spaces, a game room, gardens, outdoor programs, walking paths, and daily events to keep everyone feeling part of a community. Dining was restaurant-style with all-day service made by a chef, and special diets like diabetes or allergies were managed carefully. Services like transportation, parking, housekeeping, laundry, move-in help, and family support made it easier for residents and their families, and safety came from a 24-hour call system and extra supervision for folks who couldn't move around on their own. Room prices were lower than most in the area, with semi-private rooms at $2,545, studios at $2,845, one-bedrooms at $3,095, and two-bedrooms at $4,445 per month. Everything was done to make things comfortable and welcoming, with renovations happening from time to time while it was open, but now the doors are closed and Lakeside Assisted Living by Trisun Healthcare is no longer accepting new residents.
