    Excellent care, but safety concerns

    I had a very mixed experience. The activity program, rehab team and many nurses/CNAs (Rebecca and others) were outstanding - engaging activities, great meals, compassionate care, and my loved one improved and felt at home. At the same time I encountered serious problems: staffing shortages, poor night coverage and communication, an unresponsive administrator, secrecy, and even allegations of CNA misconduct/assault with police and hospital involvement. Because of that contrast - excellent people and programs but real safety and management concerns - I hesitate to fully recommend it.
