    Clean, caring home; highly recommend

I placed a family member here and I'm very happy with the care. The home is exceptionally clean, bright and welcoming with large rooms, great home-style meals, fun daily activities and a lovely backyard for walks. Staff are caring, professional and steady (owners are RNs, dementia training, strong med management, excellent staff-to-resident ratio), so I trust them completely. Minor downside: occasional noisy nighttime staff and loud personal phone conversations, but overall I highly recommend this facility.

    About HomeBridge Care

HomeBridge Care sits in a quiet part of Spring, TX, where trees grow and the air feels calm with parks and shops close by, and it's managed by a Registered Nurse who brings a personal touch to care. The community holds up to 16 residents, keeping things small and manageable, something you don't see everywhere, and you'll find both private suites and shared rooms, all fully furnished with cozy touches and private bathrooms or wheelchair-accessible showers if needed. Folks living here get help with their daily routines, things like bathing, dressing, and taking the right medicine at the right time, and the staff stays close by 24 hours a day, always ready to help, with a nurse on staff and a doctor on call for urgent help.

You've got home-cooked meals with chefs using organic foods and special diets, meals delivered in a friendly setting, and everybody gets housekeeping, fresh linens, and even transportation to doctor visits, which can be important because Houston Northwest Medical Center isn't far away. Residents pick how much care fits them best, with assisted living, board and care home, memory care, and even independent senior apartments if someone wants more privacy and less help. Special services like hospice care, rehabilitation, and in-home senior care are available, so people can stay as their needs change, and staff help with health coordination for better peace of mind.

The memory care section is separate and secure, using technology like bracelets to keep residents safe from wandering, and the staff know how to help with confusion or behavior changes that sometimes come with dementia. HomeBridge Care also runs many daily activities, including exercise, art, community service, stretching, Tai Chi, gardening, social events, and movie nights. Residents who like peace and quiet can spend time in gardens or use the walking paths, and those who like to get out can arrange trips or explore local cafes and restaurants nearby.

Everyone gets amenities like air conditioning, telephones, high-speed internet, cable TV, kitchenettes, and handicap access. Transportation is on hand for appointments or outings, and parking is available for residents and visitors. The staff here know residents by name and take pride in building genuine connections, creating a warm, multi-cultural atmosphere where everyone feels at home and diversity's celebrated. Licensed and accredited under TX Assisted Living, Type B:#105499 and License #146132, HomeBridge Care follows the rules for quality and fairness, serving as a Fair Housing & Equal Opportunity Provider, making sure people from every background feel welcome. The team offers care for high needs, diabetic care, and incontinence, along with fun group activities, faith-based services, an onsite beautician, and full supervision for health and safety. The average cost for a semi-private room is about $3,550, and memory care rooms run around $3,650. HomeBridge Care provides a family-like setting with staff who work hard to keep everybody comfortable, safe, and part of a caring community, day and night, every day of the year.
