    Attentive staff, nice grounds, issues

I live here and overall I'm happy-staff are attentive, caring, and know us by name. I enjoy the daily activities and the grounds are pretty. Meals are hit-or-miss, and cleanliness is inconsistent (some areas immaculate, but I've noticed strong urine odor and spotty cleaning). My main concerns are the door alarm/after-hours staffing and unreliable elevators, but I still recommend the place.
