Beautiful pet-friendly building; excellent amenities
I live here and love the gorgeous, new contemporary building, walkable location near restaurants and the metro, and that it's pet-friendly and close to my son so I don't need a car. My one-bedroom is small and cozy (~532 sq ft) with a bedroom window and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. Amenities are excellent - theater, game/music room with grand piano, bistro breakfast, large and private dining rooms, gym and yoga classes, concierge, maintenance and underground parking - and the place is immaculate. Staff are kind, helpful and informative; my tour guide was thoughtful and patient. Downsides: activities feel limited/underused (art room), dining service can be insufficient so the dining room is often empty or taken for private events, and staffing seems minimal; no pool and some doctors are farther away.
