Phenomenal activities, but management issues
I love the open, non-restrictive memory-care design, spacious rooms and lovely amenities - the activities program is phenomenal and many frontline staff are caring, so my mom was engaged and happy. Unfortunately management has been unprofessional (terrible ED), there are chronic CNA/MedTech/LPN shortages, inconsistent/poor meals and even bugs in my mother's room. At the price they charge, those staffing, food and management problems keep me from fully recommending Arden.
