I loved the warm, attentive staff, delicious meals, active social calendar and clean, home-like feel with pretty tree views - residents seemed well cared for. However, the building shows age in places, and I saw troubling accessibility and safety issues (narrow bathroom doors, no grab bars, call-button on a cord, unmonitored egress), extra fees (laundry, eye-drop supervision), and occasional nursing/medication coordination and leadership problems.
