Clean quiet facility, safety neglected
I placed my mom here because it's clean, quiet, offers great activities and musical visits, and management has been kind - she generally felt safe. However, staff can be uncaring, doors are always locked, and the elevator has been out for months so residents have been using stairs and some have fallen. I've contacted the ADA and others have even talked class action - it often feels like profit is prioritized over safety.
