Hearthside Manor’s approach to care is highly individualized. Each resident's experience begins with an assessment, after which a bespoke care plan is developed in collaboration with the resident, their representatives, the community administrator, and the care team. Monthly rates combine a base fee for the apartment with an additional care rate determined by the resident’s individual needs and the direct time spent supporting those needs. The care rates and required services are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect any changes.
A dedicated team comprised of Med Aides, dietary staff, caregivers, housekeepers, and various other team members work together to ensure that every resident’s needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
