Kind staff, serious operational issues
I have mixed feelings. The caregiving staff were warm and attentive, the building clean, activities and memory-care options helped my parent settle in and at times the care felt excellent - but chronic understaffing, high turnover, poor communication from management, broken promises (meals/transport), occasional cleanliness/safety lapses, and steep costs made me very cautious. If you value kind front-line staff, consider it, but insist on clear, written commitments about staffing, meals and policies before you sign.
