Caring staff, great facilities, concerns
I'm grateful for the phenomenal activities team and upbeat, solution-focused staff who treat my sister well in a clean, family-like community with indoor walking routes and enclosed courtyards. The caregivers are hardworking and pleasant and handle a tough job admirably, but they're clearly stretched thin and management/administration can be defensive and accusatory at times.
