    Warm staff, picnics; awkward location

I've had an overall positive experience - the staff (especially Cathryn) are warm and attentive, maintenance is prompt, and I enjoy the picnics and birthday celebrations in the open, friendly environment. My only real complaints are the rather boring activities and the awkward location next to a morgue.

    About Palladium Two

Palladium Two sits at 7909 N 47th St and offers a warm, supportive setting where people get help with daily living, like bathing, dressing, transfers, and medication management, while still having freedom and privacy, and it operates as a Community-Based Residential Facility with RN oversight and trained staff who help residents with decision making and personal goals, so you'll find it suits folks who want to stay independent but need some support. The community welcomes adults with developmental or physical disabilities, mental health needs, chronic conditions, as well as people with memory problems or frail elderly, so the care team provides 24-hour awake supervision and help for anyone who needs non-ambulatory services or wheelchair access, and with 8 beds set up in studio layouts, housing remains comfortable and personal. You'll see programs called things like "Respite Care," "Memory Care," "Skilled Nursing," and "Home Care," which means they support all kinds of needs, including memory units set up for Alzheimer's and dementia, plus skilled nursing for complex health problems, and they offer specialized programs for wellness, health management, and meals that match allergies or diabetes. Folks get furnished rooms with things like telephone service and emergency alerts, plus access to a cinema room, dining area, library, walking paths, garden, private dining, and recreation for everyone, so there's always plenty to do, like community movie nights, social events, daily scheduled activities, and chances to get out with transportation and parking support. The team can handle everything from housekeeping, laundry and dry cleaning, maintenance, and help moving in, which takes stress off residents and families, and meals come prepared with dietary restrictions in mind, so everyone eats well and safely. With house staff and nurses around, medication coordination and links to health care providers are handled smoothly, and the staff keep things clean and organized, plus offer personal care for those who struggle with transfers and mobility. The whole campus stays accessible for wheelchairs, and the building fits up to 16 residents. Palladium Two keeps comfort in mind and helps people feel part of a community, with tailored support, emergency systems, and ways to explore the local area for things like parks or health needs, and it's got a single five-star review, which is good to see, and the home uses its own system to look at web reviews and neighborhood details, so families can make informed choices.
