    Caring staff but inconsistent management

    I moved my parent here and my experience is mixed. The staff are generally caring, attentive and helped with a smooth transition - the community feels small, home-like, very clean, with good food, activities and nice views. But rooms are tiny, it's expensive (especially if two rooms are needed), and I saw inconsistent management and care - odors, cluttered hallways, limited transport, and reports of neglect/staff inattentiveness. Good therapy and compassionate caregivers exist, but uneven oversight means it's not my first choice.
