For those who have completed the core treatment program, Blandine House offers an aftercare group on Wednesday evenings. Support does not end there; Integrity House, a sober living residence operated under the Blandine House umbrella, is available to those transitioning back into daily life. Residents at Integrity House can stay for up to one year after completing the main program and are expected to remain alcohol- and drug-free while fulfilling personal responsibilities such as laundry, cooking, and cleaning. Employment or volunteer commitment is required, as well as participation in three weekly meetings and continued engagement with aftercare.
