Clean, homey but staffing issues
I've been a resident(almost two years) and find Brenwood very clean, homey and small with bright, private rooms, great activities and genuinely caring, responsive staff and administration. That said, staffing shortages, turnover and inconsistent caregiver training have caused delayed call responses, uneven bathing/medication/meal care and occasional poor food - affordability is also a concern. Overall my loved one and I were treated well, and I would recommend Brenwood with cautious expectations.
