    Excellent rehab, inconsistent and unsafe

I had a deeply mixed experience. The renovated building, lovely grounds, warm compassionate CNAs and outstanding therapists (Jennifer, Sue, Mary, Laura), great chefs and rehab programs helped my mother regain strength and enjoy meals and activities. But other parts were unacceptable: rude/unfriendly staff and management, delayed responses, wrong/forgotten meals and alleged kitchen/health-code and pest problems, unsafe lifts, ignored injuries, and very high charges - which caused real distress. I'd recommend extreme caution: some departments are first-rate, others are dangerously inconsistent.
