    Inconsistent care despite caring staff

    I had mixed experiences. The building is clean, many staff are friendly, caring, and some meals and activities are good, but staffing is inconsistent. I saw chronic understaffing, long call-light/nurse response times, missed meds and therapy delays, occasional neglect/poor hygiene, lost laundry and accessibility issues - enough concern that quality of care felt unreliable despite standout caregivers.
