      Nice facility, poor medical care

I liked the small, homey, clean facility and many of the staff were sweet and hardworking - one caregiver was wonderful. But promised supervision and activities never happened, there's no activities director, and staff turnover/reassignment is common. My health declined after the move: oxygen tanks were left empty for weeks and they couldn't meet real medical needs. I'm grateful for kind caregivers but this place isn't suitable for residents who need substantial medical support.
