    Clean, friendly yet strict community

I lived here two years and loved the clean, well-kept building, friendly German-speaking residents, regular activities, good meals (decaf available) and convenient location - I was content and would like to return. That said, management can be overly strict and controlling, staff and guards sometimes rude or unprofessional, and there are safety and comfort issues (occasional gas smell, late-night train/dog noise). Overall a solid, nostalgic community if you can tolerate the prison-like rules and authoritarian vibe.
