    Caring staff but inconsistent services

    I found the staff caring and the level of care high - the place felt family-like, very clean, reasonably priced and conveniently close to home, not brand-new but well kept. However, frequent staff turnover, poor communication (phones often off), COVID-paused activities and general confusion made services inconsistent and left it lacking a true community atmosphere.
