Comfortable rooms, great activities, unsafe
I'm torn. The rooms are modern, spotless, private with bathrooms and nice views; the dining room is clean and the food is very good (though it can feel like a dark chapel at times). The activities director is excellent, programs are diverse and wheelchair-friendly, and my mom is happier and participating. However staff are uneven - caring at times but sometimes rude and lacking basic clinical competence - and there's virtually no security (open exits, no cameras), which felt dangerous after a bike accident.
