    Compassionate staff, small home-like facility

I moved my dad here and the staff are the reason - compassionate, family-focused, know him well and provide round-the-clock dementia care that truly comforts him. The place is small and home-like with great meals, activities, a garden and caring volunteers, and it's improving under new management. Drawbacks: rooms are cramped, parts of the building felt run-down at times (occasional odors/cleanliness issues) and I'd be cautious about memory-care supervision. Pricing felt like strong value (roughly $3-4K/month depending on room); overall I'd recommend it mainly for the staff, but check room size and memory-care specifics first.
