    Great rehab, disappointing long-term care

I placed my parent here and had wildly mixed results. The independent-living and rehab side is lovely - beautiful grounds, active programs, spacious apartments, decent meals, and excellent therapy/attentive caregivers (Lilybeth, Drew) that helped healing. But long-term/nursing care and administration were disappointing: rude office/HR, disrespect toward CNAs, poor wound/medication attention, safety and maintenance issues (broken elevator, trip hazards, smells), and spotty family communication. With high prices and some bait-and-switch feel, I'd recommend it for independent living or short rehab, but not for long-term skilled nursing.
