    Beautiful setting but serious problems

I loved the river view, large sunny rooms with big walk-in closets, wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, a pleasant boardwalk, active programs, on-site salon/library and a very convenient location. But I experienced cockroaches, inconsistent cleanliness, abusive management, recurring A/C and laundry shortages, and safety lapses with outsiders entering - beautiful setting, but serious operational and safety issues.
