    Kind staff, good care, caution

I found the staff overwhelmingly kind, professional and team-oriented - therapy/rehab was excellent, meals were good, and the facility was clean, homey and safe with lovely marsh views. There were intermittent staffing and organizational problems - slow call responses, occasional missed meds and uneven medical oversight - that need attention. Overall I'm satisfied and would recommend the place, but would verify current staffing and medical coverage first.
