    Misleading photos, empty, prison-like facility

I toured this facility and was very disappointed. The photos were misleading - there were only a few residents, no activities, and my loved one would sit in her outdated room doing nothing; the porch was littered with leaves and the place felt prison-like. The staff were wonderful and the food was good, and the layout was easy for my mom, but overall I would not recommend it.

Residents who need extra help can access services from Southridge Assisted Living, and skilled nursing or memory care are offered for those with more complex needs, and there are companion care options for residents who want or need more personal assistance. The facility is focused on supporting seniors' well-being, aiming to make life easier by supplying access to both health and community programs, and the staff work to create a welcoming atmosphere that feels inclusive and safe. Woodside Village has an average rating of 3 out of 10, but it still has a range of facilities, activities, and living arrangements, with a mix of homey comforts and medical support designed to cover most needs as residents grow older.
