    Friendly staff but safety concerns

I toured this senior living facility and left with mixed impressions. I found many staff friendly and professional, roomy up-to-date apartments, decent amenities (chapel, salon, courtyard), and occasional very good meals and activities. However, cleanliness and maintenance were inconsistent - I noticed unsanitary spots, pest and water-leak reports, reused appliances, and safety concerns like unsecured access and questionable wiring, plus reports of homeless people in empty units. Care and operations felt uneven: high turnover, medication/timing errors, inattentive or rude staff at times, and reports of management unresponsiveness and alleged employee misconduct. I would only consider it after thorough vetting of safety, staffing, and maintenance.
