    Good care, beautiful views, inconsistent

    I appreciated the facility's transitional care, professional supervisor and generally friendly, professional staff, and the airy apartments with large windows, beautiful setting and scenic views that seemed to improve residents' well-being. However, cleanliness was uneven - mostly maintained by one hardworking cleaner while other staff often seemed disengaged - and administration was inconsistent, at times responsive but also disrespectful and prone to mismanaging belongings (we had missing glasses). Families should monitor care.
