Beautiful campus, excellent food, caveats
I found the campus beautiful, impeccably clean, and home-like - spacious independent cottages/apartments, gorgeous dining, excellent meals and activities, and genuinely caring, attentive staff who gave us peace of mind. It's expensive, and I saw real problems: chronic understaffing/turnover that sometimes left basic needs unmet, occasional safety/cleanliness lapses, and reported management/financial concerns (escrow/contract issues) alongside troubling reports of insensitive/elitist behavior. Overall I'd recommend it for the outstanding food, staff, rehab and social life if you can afford it, but go in eyes open and monitor staffing and administration closely.
