Nice facility but management inconsistent
I toured this beautiful, very clean senior community in a nice neighborhood and liked the many amenities - a huge Olympic-sized pool, activities, and a roomy two-bedroom with a nice kitchen, washer/dryer and office space so I could stay independent. Most aides were warm and helpful (shoutout to Kenroy and Terry) and the place felt quiet and well kept, but I also saw aloof staff and an inattentive aide ignoring a patient - head nurses need to listen. Dining looked nice but meals are limited (often sandwiches); opinions on food were mixed. It's not brand new but well maintained; my main concerns are the high entrance fee, affordability/advertising issues, and inconsistent management.
