Adams House Assisted Living Community sits in a single-story building with 34 studio and one-bedroom apartments that come with private bathrooms, kitchenettes, and safety features like weight-bearing grab bars, emergency call cords, smoke alarms, and sprinklers, and people will find rooms and walkways accessible for walkers and wheelchairs, so there's no issue moving about. The community provides personal help with bathing, dressing, transfers, and taking medicine, plus laundry, housekeeping, and building maintenance. Residents get three restaurant-style meals a day and snacks, with menus suited to dietary needs and preferences, and there are dining rooms for meals and places to spend time together. Trained staff provide care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and monitor health and manage chronic needs, with memory support programs aimed at seniors with Alzheimer's or dementia, using environments intended to cut down confusion and wandering. There's always a full activity calendar-people can expect health and wellness classes under the LEAP program, social events, gardening, happy hours, movies, bingo, fashion shows, and more, so every day can feel different. Residents use transportation services for appointments and outings, enjoy landscaped outdoor spaces, and have access to a full-service salon. The Mind Masters program focuses on cognitive health, and fitness programming helps seniors stay independent longer. The apartments are pet-friendly, there's fast Wi-Fi throughout, and private bathrooms come standard in every residence. Adams House also offers respite stays for short-term care and has individualized plans for every resident, with nursing and health services set up for each person's needs. The facility is licensed by the state and is managed by Concepts In Community Living, Inc., while Myrtle Creek ALF, LLC owns the property. There's a friendly, warm care team, and folks can find support for daily living without a lot of fuss or pressure, plenty of chances to join in on group events, and amenities that keep things comfortable and safe without making a big show of things.

- Skilled nursing
Caring community but administrative issues
I'm a resident and grateful this community was available when I needed it. Staff are outstanding - nurses helpful, Activities Director Karen is amazing, long-tenured team, cheerful dining, clean rooms, beautiful mountain views, well-maintained grounds and year-round parties/BBQs. Residents are active and happy, but the place can feel a bit depressing and lacking a spark at times. My ER visit after a fall revealed poor transportation coordination (hours-long wait, agency ride used) and care management was frustrating; rehab services info was unclear. Overall a caring, fun community with great people but some administrative and transport issues that need fixing.
