    Compassionate staff; understaffed, inconsistent care

I have mixed feelings. Many staff (Victoria, nurses and therapy) were exceptional, caring and went above and beyond, the building is often clean and welcoming and activities/therapy can be excellent - my loved one made friends and was happier than at the previous place. But chronic understaffing, slow or no call-button response, poor/unsafe care at times (missed meals, hygiene and medication concerns), bad maintenance and food issues, and inconsistent management/administration left me worried; check current leadership and staffing before sending a family member.
