    Welcoming staff but serious concerns

I had a mixed, ultimately worrying experience. The building, grounds, leadership transition and several staff (Malia, Samantha, Capri team) felt welcoming, activities were lively, and parts of the community seemed energetic and well-maintained. But long wait times, unresponsive/short-staffed caregivers, missed showers and feeding/transfer help, and serious cleanliness issues (urine/feces, dirty rooms) left me deeply concerned - food quality and meal service were also frequently poor. Management was slow or stopped communicating about complaints; some improvements were noted after changes, but I would not trust this place for high-care needs until staffing, hygiene, and responsiveness are fixed.
