Pretty cottages, chaotic management, avoid
I toured this cottage-style community-it's very pretty, but I can't recommend it. Staff were often uninformed, absent, or intimidating; income guidelines were inconsistent, calculations were wrong, and promises from management weren't kept. Management felt chaotic-residents were treated poorly (some even faced homelessness), visitation and services are limited, activities skew female, transit and shopping access are poor, and only one patio home was available.
