    Clean friendly staff great amenities

I live here and I'm overall very happy - the complex is clean and well-kept with relaxing indoor/outdoor seating, nice walkways and railings. Maintenance is proactive and quick to respond, and the leasing office and staff are friendly. My apartment has hookups for a full-size washer/dryer (community laundry is clean), the kitchen is great, and there are lots of reasonably priced activities and amenities (including a pool). Minor issues: some carpet stains and you generally need a ride/transportation to get around.
