    Poor communication, nice ranch, pricey

I had trouble reaching administration-communication was poor and often unresponsive, which left me uncertain about details. The ranch-style place gave positive vibes and the manager was engaged during my visit, but rent is high so I'm not ruling it out yet.

    About Bellevue Senior Community

Bellevue Senior Community sits off Highway 78 in Villa Rica, GA, offering a peaceful setting where seniors can relax and enjoy their days among friends, with stunning, lush grounds and a friendly, welcoming feel that just seems right for folks wanting comfort without too much fuss. The community has thoughtfully designed ranch-style apartments, most with two bedrooms, single-story layouts, and open floor plans, so moving around is easy, and the rooms feel bright and roomy, plus there's walk-in closets, covered carport parking for protection from the weather, and handy features like W/D hookups and dishwashers, though laundry has to be done with external hook-ups. For those who love animals, both cats and dogs are welcome up to a certain weight, and the courtyard has swings where residents often sit with their pets, talking or just enjoying the fresh air, so folks who want to bring their furry friends along have a good fit here.

You'll find plenty of spots for gathering like the cozy recreation room with billiards, a clubhouse, a library, a courtyard filled with benches, and an outdoor pavilion used for events when the weather's nice, which means residents always have a chance to socialize or find a quiet place to themselves. The whole place is set up with wide sidewalks, indoor and outdoor common areas, spacious apartments, and each detail seems picked with seniors' comfort in mind, from small storage spaces to attached covered parking.

Bellevue's got a set of senior living options, including independent living for active folks, assisted living with help for daily needs, residential care homes, memory care for those with dementia, and even full nursing home care, so quite a range of needs are met without having to move far as health changes. People can get meals provided, beauty and barber services, and regular devotional or religious activities, with a calendar full of social, mental, physical, and emotional programs both onsite and offsite, so it's easy to stay busy if that's what someone likes.

The apartments don't have in-unit laundry, but there's laundry hookups outside, and the property is managed by Woodward Management Partners, so there's always someone to handle maintenance, plus an online portal for rent payments and service requests makes things fairly painless for those who know their way around computers. With a strict no smoking policy indoors anywhere, the atmosphere stays clean, and the specialized features, like wheelchair-accessible showers, covered parking, surface parking lots for residents and guests, and a security-minded design, mean peace of mind for many.

Healthcare professionals come on site, including nurses, doctors, podiatrists, and dentists, and there's a nurse-on-call. Physical, occupational, and speech therapists are available, as well as home care aides for residents who need extra help and want to remain in their apartments as needs grow, something called "aging in place". Each service and amenity at Bellevue Senior Community aims to be simple, useful, and safe, keeping older adults engaged, comfortable, and supported as they enjoy their later years. The whole place has income requirements, so households must make at least three times the rent, and there are different sizes of apartments available, including two-bedroom options for those wanting more space. The peaceful atmosphere, with its focus on inclusion, activity, and straightforward comfort, all with a welcoming 55+ age requirement, makes this a suitable place for those seeking a quiet, friendly community.
