Nice unit, building declining, overpriced
I like my large, well-laid-out unit - private balcony, heated garage, pretty grounds and an atrium party room - and the manager and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive; public spaces are scrupulously clean. Still, the building overall feels shabby and has declined over the years, with no ramp at the front (only steps), deliveries routed to the garage, and stairs that make it unsuitable for many older residents. Heavy, non-refundable function room fees and a motel-like feel in places make it feel expensive for what you get.
