Clean, comfy but safety concerns
I liked the convenient location, clean roomy apartments, freshly prepared breakfast and dinner (no weekend meals), varied activities, and generally friendly, helpful staff - maintenance and laundry were prompt. My loved one enjoys it and the services feel a step above other local communities. However I heard reports of bed-bugs, experienced rude/unsupportive administration and favoritism, and had safety/medical-assistance concerns; I'd recommend visiting and asking specifically about pest control, safety, and admin responsiveness.
