St. Paul Senior Living gives older adults different choices for living, like independent apartments, residential care homes, assisted living, and memory care for those with dementia or Alzheimer's. You'll see spacious apartment homes with big windows for lots of natural light and updated floorplans, and there are income-restricted options and choices for one- or two-bedroom apartments with one bathroom, depending on what people need. Some apartments come with cable readiness, carpet and vinyl floors, dishwashers, garbage disposals, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of closet space, so it's set up for comfort and ease. The building uses controlled access, and there are large laundry facilities, as well as parking for residents who drive. The grounds have a garden, outdoor common areas, and landscaped spaces for relaxing, and there's a recreation room and community room where people can gather, read, play games, or do arts and crafts. Folks can shop at the country store, and there's a beauty salon, chapel, and fitness center, so daily needs feel pretty well covered. Residents get chef-prepared meals that focus on taste and nutrition, and transportation is available, sometimes complimentary or for a fee. St. Paul Senior Living supports activities like social and educational events, arts and crafts, and regular fitness classes, making it easy for people to stay active and connected in their community. There's a nurse on staff, a dentist, a podiatrist, and a doctor on call, plus home care services with aides and nurses available onsite, so medical needs can get attention right where you live, and the community offers hospice, respite care, and VA Aid and Attendance benefits for eligible veterans. Seniors with wheelchairs can use accessible showers, and both men and women can reside here because the community isn't limited by gender. Pets are also allowed, which some people find comforting, and folks with memory problems or higher care needs have options like memory care, occupational, speech, or physical therapies all on site. St. Paul Senior Living tries to meet people where they are, whether they need just a bit of support or more regular care, and the place stays focused on safe, convenient, and supportive living for older adults.

Welcoming affordable clean minor issues
I toured both sections and would move if a vacancy opens - the staff (Cynthia and Ms. Richardson) were friendly, helpful and welcoming. I was impressed by the spacious apartment layout, beautiful grounds, very clean facilities, on-site chapel/Bible study, activities, salon, exercise options, inexpensive laundry, weekly produce vendor and convenient bus/grocery access - rent felt affordable. My only concerns were occasional maintenance/trash issues, slow reception/gossip and limited security (no night guard/doors can be entered), but overall I loved the place and am awaiting a callback.
