Clean community with helpful staff
I toured the community and liked it - staff were kind, professional and helpful, residents seemed happy, and the building and units were very clean and well kept. There are lots of onsite amenities (exercise room, theater, game room, library, salon, laundry, patios), secure access and ample parking, and maintenance was responsive when issues came up. Caveats: COVID limited meals/services, a promised in-unit washer/dryer and some kitchen items (microwave) weren't delivered, I heard occasional pest/safety concerns, and many units are one-bed/smaller and relatively pricey. Overall I had a positive visit and would recommend it with those reservations.
