    Bright, welcoming facility; some issues

I moved my mother into the brand-new facility and was impressed by the bright, elegant building, well-designed apartments with balconies, and the genuinely friendly, caring staff and residents. There are lots of activities, transportation, weekly housekeeping, and meals included, so she settled in quickly and is thriving socially. The food is hit-or-miss (sometimes hospital-like; a new chef is improving things) and there are a few operational annoyances (late cleaning schedule, laundry timing), and it is on the pricey side. Overall, lovely, clean, welcoming, and I would recommend it if the cost fits your budget.
