Veronica Place stands as a senior living community for people aged 55 and older, offering different types of care and support, so if someone needs independent living, assisted living, or memory care, they'll find the right fit here, and you'll see how they have both short-term respite care and help for people with Alzheimer's or dementia, where trained staff provide around-the-clock support in secure memory care areas. There's a range of maintenance-free apartments with baths, tubs, kitchenettes, ground floor options, air conditioning, and efficient appliances, so you don't have to worry about upkeep or repairs, and you can use laundry rooms and high-speed internet without trouble. For daily living, you'll notice services like help with personal care, medication management, meals, staffing, incontinence care, and even diabetic support, with special features designed for people who can't move around easily. Active folks might like the new indoor pickleball and shuffleboard courts, fitness center, and spaces for social and recreational activities, plus there's on-site dining, a private dining room for gatherings, transportation services, and both on-street and off-street parking plus a gated entry for more security. The memory care program uses specialized activities aimed to help residents with memory loss, and certain living areas or programs within Veronica Place have unique names, though those names aren't listed here. Management and maintenance staff stay on site to address problems quickly. The community aims to balance comfort, safety, and independence, with specific amenities and care for each resident's needs.
Safe, caring community with activities
I toured this community and moved my mom in - we're very happy. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive (daily checks, meds/therapy, quick problem resolution), tours were welcoming, and management is professional. The building is very clean, accessible and well-maintained with updated apartments and full kitchens, though some units are on the small side and pricing can feel high. There's a busy activity program (pickleball, gym, trips, movies) and meals are generally good but sometimes inconsistent. Overall it's a safe, caring place I'd recommend for worry-free independent living.
